YOUR INSURANCE PLAN IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY; EVERYONE HAS A DIFFERENT DENTAL PLAN

Some things you need to know about your insurance plan:

  • What is covered each year and what your calendar year is (for example: Jan - Dec) ?
  • Is there a total dollar limit/annual maximum on your coverage? If so, how much?
  • To what extent are you covered for cleaning/polish/fluoride and x-rays?
  • To what extent are you covered for dental treatments such as fillings and root canals?
  • To what extent are you covered for major coverage such as bridge and crowns, dentures and oral surgery (major coverage)?
Your copayment is the part of the bill you won't be reimbursed for. The copayment is due the day of treatment.

You need to understand what your plan covers and the extent of the coverage.

How we can help: Our team can assist in claiming your benefits as a courtesy to you.

NOTE: Insurance companies will only discuss the benefits of your plan with you due to the privacy act & confidentially guidelines. Predeterminations are sent back to you & are not sent to us.

Remember that we treat you, not your dental plan.
