All appointments must be confirmed. We send out a text message and email reminder and we will call if we do not receive confirmation by text or email. If we are unable to confirm an appointment with you, it may be cancelled at our discretion.
We kindly require 24 hours for any cancellations. If an appointment is booked, confirmed, not attended or cancelled last minute, we reserve the right to apply a $50 dollar charge to your account depending on the circumstances. New appointments will not be booked until the balance on your account is paid.
We understand that sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled but we also need time to reschedule someone else if you can’t come! We understand life happens and things do come up — we ask to be considered in part of your planning and scheduling so we can help everyone that needs to see us!
Our office is very busy and we have a number of dedicated patients that want to come in to have their dental work completed. When someone no shows or calls with a last-minute cancellation, that time is not used to help our patients. It is time that if we had time to call someone else in — could have been productive and helpful for our patients that need to see us. Our office time and our patient’s time is very important to us.
